Welcome to Simple Jobs Today. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services, available exclusively within India. By registering for an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law to use this platform. This service is intended for users and companies located in India.
We offer three types of accounts: Job Seekers, Companies, and Administrators. Job seekers may create a public profile and apply to jobs. Companies must register using a valid company email address and submit verification documents (such as an incorporation certificate, GST certificate, or PAN card); company accounts remain restricted until manually approved by our team.
Companies may not post jobs until their account has been verified. We reserve the right to reject or suspend any company account if submitted documents appear fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise fail to establish the legitimacy of the business. Approved companies may post jobs upon payment of the applicable annual subscription fee (currently ₹500/year), processed via PayU.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile creation, and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for the content you post, including resume details, company descriptions, and job listings.
Email and mobile number verification (via one-time passwords) is mandatory for all accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any OTP sent to you and must not share it with any third party.
Job-posting subscription fees are charged annually and are generally non-refundable once a company account is approved and activated, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides fraudulent verification documents, or misuses the platform, without prior notice.
Simple Jobs Today acts as a platform connecting job seekers and companies. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, candidate profiles, or the outcome of any job application or hiring decision. We are not liable for any employment disputes, misrepresentations, or losses arising from interactions between users conducted through the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
