• Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our payment partner (PayU); we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, and verify your identity via email/mobile OTP.
• To connect job seekers with relevant job postings and companies with relevant candidates.
• To manually verify company accounts using submitted incorporation/GST/PAN documents.
• To send transactional notifications (application updates, verification status, OTPs) via email (Brevo) and SMS (MSG91).
• To process annual job-posting subscriptions via PayU.
• To improve our services and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform.

3. Sharing of Information

Your public profile (for job seekers) or company profile (for companies) may be visible to other registered users as part of the core service — that is the purpose of the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing), strictly for that purpose.
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable Indian law.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and restricted access to uploaded verification documents. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
